We do not offer cash, credit card, or electronic refunds on any purchases. All monetary sales are final. ### 2. 15-Day Return Window While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accept items for store credit or product exchange within 15 days of your original purchase or delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is requested for return within the strict 15-day window.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned even within the 15-day window:

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship it Back: Send the package to our provided return address. (Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will gladly issue you a store credit or ship out your alternative exchange item.
